CANCELLATION POLICY

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

To process this as quickly as possible, please report your return quickly and easily (up to 30 days after receipt) in our return center.

Simply enter your order number and your email address .

We will process your request within 24–48 hours.

After approval and processing of the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded.lg

Right of withdrawal:

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you or a third party designated by you has taken possession of the goods.

Consequences of withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without delay and at the latest within 30 days from the day your withdrawal has been received by us. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

General Information:

Only unused, original packaged, and undamaged goods can be fully refunded.

Please register your return in advance through our returns center to ensure a quick and smooth processing.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address during the ordering process. Our company is not responsible for losses or delays caused by providing an inaccurate or incomplete address. In the case of an incorrect address or non-delivery of the package, no refund or replacement delivery can be guaranteed. We ask our customers to carefully check their address details to avoid such issues.

Please note that refusing to accept the package may affect the refund process. If you refuse a delivery, the package will not be returned to us as we work with a third-party logistics company. In this case, the package may be destroyed in a warehouse in Germany, which may affect or make a refund impossible. Returns can only be refunded if they are in our returns warehouse. You will receive our correct warehouse address for returns after registering the return.

If you received a free item with your goods, it must be returned in its original unused condition along with the goods to receive the maximum refund amount. Otherwise, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.

The return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.

Personalized items are excluded from the right of return.
